Mrs Pratchett

Mrs Pratchett is excruciatingly dirty and gritty.

Her hands are so black, a bit like she’s been

working in a train all the time, which is

impossible because she works in the sweet

shop. Her face is so sour and as grubby as her

hands. She just plunges her hands in. It was so

putting off that I almost threw up.

Mrs Pratchett was the owner of the sweet shop.

She had hair like a jungle with a tornado going

through it. Her hands were as black as muddy

water. Her apron had iron stains and tea stains

from last year. If you went into that sweet shop

you would not want her to get your sweets.

She hated children – actually she hated any

people. She was an angry lady inside and

outside. Her eyes were as cold as her heart.

You would not want to meet her at all.

Mrs Pratchett is as thin as a pin. Her filthy

hands look like she had been shovelling coal

for days without stopping. The worst thing is

she used her filthy hands to grab the clean

sweets. Her hair was knotted like a piece of

rope being tied up. She wore tatty old blue

jeans and a tea stained white top. Mrs

Pratchett is horrible and mean. She hates

children, especially boys.

Mrs Pratchett was a horrible lady. Her hair was like a

bird’s nest that had been tossed around in a storm.

Her hands were like she’d been transferring handfuls

of coal into the furnace of a rattly, oily train. All of

her teeth were like gravestones in her mouth. All of

them except four had fillings into them.

Her apron looked like a rag you used to clean an

engine of your car, only goodness knows what she

had on it. Her shoes were like they had been placed

on top of a skyscraper and it gets blown up.
