Hi my name is Ann Reynolds. I have a mum called Ann Reynolds, a dad called Joseph Reynolds, three brothers called Frank, Thomas and John Reynolds and a sister called Kate Reynolds. Me and my sister Kate go to school. All of my brothers work along side my dad who is agrocolcrarla labour. My mum stays at home and cooks and cleans and sometimes I help.

The Thames Monster

The Monster

The river ran through the centre of London. The wind was still. The surface of the river showed little movement. Only a feather, or three, hinted at the drag of the currents bubbling below.

Ripples suddenly spread across the surface, as if a pebble had been thrown into a pond. Then, at the centre of the ripples, a bubble burst through. Nobody was watching. The bubble went unnoticed!

But what came next will remain forever etched in the minds of those that saw it.

An immense craggy head, like a rusty battered bus, reared its head out of the water accompanied by the most blood curdling roar you have ever heard. People on the river banks stopped dead in their tracks and turned, wide eyed to look. People on the bridge above looked down in horror.

Their eyes focussed on the huge spikes of green flesh on the back of the creatures head and the glinting teeth in the creature’s mouth! They daren’t look into the bulging, red- crazed eyes for fear of losing themselves in its stare.

Someone screamed! Then the whole area erupted in screams. The creature moved towards the bank………………………

Once there was a boy called Jeff.He was a very naughty boy + a lier.He desprately needed the loo so he put his hand up + the teacher came to him and she said

“yes Jeff what can i do for you”.

He said

“can i go to the loo please”.

The teacher whispered “Of course you can Jeff”.

So off went Jeff out of the classroom when he went the teacher looked at his work and thought

“Jeff is a clever boy but he hasn’t done enough work”.

Anyway back to the story.

Jeff was walking down the corridor until he saw the toilets AND GUESS WHAT HE DID.

He went into the wrong toliets instead of going in the boys he went into the girls and saw lorrie.

“Oh hi Jeff what are you doing”.

“Im going for the loo im desprate”said Jeff .

“Oh no your not (blocking the door) I don ‘t care if you wet yourself can’t you reade it says GIRLS BATHROOM”.

“Oh im ever so sorry”said Jeff .

“Don’t say sorry to me just GET OUT”said lorrie.

“S-Sorry”cried Jeff.

Off went Jeff back to the boys toliet he was walking zig – zag ways until he got to the boys and went to the loo.

When he came back to class the teacher shouted “GET HERE NOW JEFF”.

Jeff got upset + started getting more upset .

Then lorrie started laughing and told her friends and they started laughing as well.

The teacher asked Jeff “why did he take forever”.

Jeff said “i went into the wrong toliets i went into the girls “.

The class started laughing as well Jeff felt ashamed of himself.
