Glancing around the wall of shelves and bottles, Sophies eyes alighted on the tiny bright explosions she could occasionally see through the mist swirling inside a bottle on the top shelf. She grabbed a stool, climbed up and reached up to pick the bottle off the shelf. The bottle felt warm to the touch of her hands. Carefully she lowered the jar and began to read the label.

Somehow, when she read ‘ apples for the teacher’ she thought she’d made a mistake. How could those firework like flashes be in such an ordinary dream? It was like reading Enid Blyton. Those were the days, ‘An apple a day keeps the doctor away’ and ‘an apple for your teacher keeps them sweet’.

But then her eyes focussed and she read ……..

This dream will make your teacher think you’ve given them an apple to keep them sweet. Which it does in a manner of speaking! So sweet that having eaten it they fall into a deep sleep. Only waking at the end of the day, when they have dreamt of whole day of classroom lessons. Even down to remembering catching someone break up the rubbers. But of course only you all know it was a dream., because you snuck down to the beach for the day.

WARNING – THIS DREAM CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE A YEAR! It has a terrible effect on the teacher’s memory.
